SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE – FREE via Express post or €30 via DHL Express
“Egle” orders within Europe are sent by Lithuanian Post Express or DHL Express Courier services. Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day however please allow 24-48 hours to process.
Once your parcel has dispatched a unique tracking number will be emailed so you can track your delivery process.
A signature will be required upon delivery. If it is not signed for, it will be taken to your local post office for collection.
In Europe parcels sent by Lithuanian post are due to be delivered within 3 – 7 days.
Parcels sent by DHL express are due to be delivered within 1 – 2 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – FREE via Express post or €50 via DHL Express
“Egle” international orders are sent by Lithuanian Post Express or DHL Express Courier services.
Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day however please allow 24-48 hours to process.
Once your order has dispatched you will be emailed a unique tracking number, with this your delivery process will be fully trackable.
A signature is required upon delivery, if DHL have an unsuccessful delivery attempt, they will be in touch to arrange redelivery. Please note if DHL are unable to reach you, your parcel will be returned to Lithuania and can only be redelivered at your own expense.
International parcels sent by Lithuanian post are due to be delivered within 7-14 days.
Parcels sent by DHL express are due to be delivered within 2 – 3 days.
DHL is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note that “Egle” will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays.
Once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number please contact DHL for any delivery enquiries, “Egle” is no longer responsible once your order has been shipped.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
“Egle” is more then happy to exchange if there is a reasonable issue.
No refund only exchange.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your name and order number, stating why you wish to exchange or return your item. We will reply with detailed instructions, return address and arrange for it to be processed as soon as possible.
“Egle” are hand made in limited numbers and we cannot guarantee that all styles will be available at the time of exchange.
ITEMS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST:
Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags still attached.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you.
Email email@example.com if you believe your garment is faulty so we can offer you a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note – “Egle” will not cover the return postage costs, these are at your own expense. We are also not responsible or accountable for garments being returned. We advise to use trackable services and email Customer Service with your tracking number.
